Founded by Joseph Poulin, a seasoned professional with a BS in Mechanical Engineering Technology from the University of Maine at Orono, ACMW has built a reputation for delivering precision, innovation, and unmatched quality to a wide range of industries.

Our Founder: Joseph Poulin

Joseph Poulin brings years of hands-on experience in the fabrication industry, spanning roles from shop floor work to engineering leadership. His expertise includes:

Heavy Structural and Miscellaneous Metals
Industrial, Mechanical, and Pipe Fabrication
AWS Certification in FCAW (Flux Core Arc Welding)
Supervisory and field engineering roles in union and non-union environments

Joe has managed projects of all sizes, from 500-lb custom jobs to 4,000-ton structural projects, always with a can-do attitude that ensures every project receives the attention it deserves. His extensive experience allows ACMW to offer versatile solutions, whether on the shop floor, in the office, or on-site as a field engineer.
